Day 1: Arrival — The Quiet Coast of Amed Private airport transfer to Amed’s black volcanic sands to ease into the retreat rhythm and begin your journey of mindful travel.
Days 2–4: Specialized Certification Training
Your itinerary adjusts based on your chosen path to ensure thorough, education-based travel:
Freediving Path: Earn your Level 1 or Level 2 certification. Focus on breathwork, equalization, and relaxation in Amed’s renowned calm bays.
Scuba Diving Path: Complete your Open Water or Advanced Open Water certification.
