Imagine waking up each morning between emerald mountains and a turquoise lagoon, surrounded by people who arrive as strangers but quickly feel like family. For nine days, you’ll explore the ocean, surpass your limits, swim with sharks, rays, turtles, and sometimes whales; wander through waterfalls and pineapple fields; dance under island skies; sail between motus; share laughter, rituals, and sunsets; and discover a deeper connection to nature, yourself, and others. This is Mo’orea — where magic feels natural, and memories feel eternal.
DAY 1 — 1 September 2026
ARRIVE IN MO’OREA & SUNSET LAGOON WELCOME
Private transfer to your island accommodation, surrounded by turquoise water and dramatic mountain peaks.
Settle into the gentle rhythm of Mo’orea.
Eve ning Activity
Polynesian welcome dinner by the lagoon— soft music, warm light, and your first moment of connection as a group.
3-DAY OCEAN PATH (2–4 September 2026)
Choose your transformational water journey:
• Freediving Level 1 or 2
• Scuba Open Water or Advanced
• Or enjoy fun dives or personalised coaching sessions if you prefer not to take a course.
DAY 2 — 2 September 2026
OCEAN TRAINING DAY 1
Freediving: breathwork, equalisation, mind–body connection
Scuba: theory, shallow-water skills
Fun dives/coaching: gentle guided sessions tailored to your level
Evening Activity
Sunset beach yoga followed by a light, warm sharing circle.
DAY 3 — 3 September 2026
OCEAN TRAINING DAY 2
Freediving: deeper sessions & safety
Scuba: first lagoon dives
Fun dives/coaching: reef exploration with local guidance
Evening Activity
Flower crown workshop with local women + beach mocktails at sunset.
DAY 4 — 4 September 2026
OCEAN TRAINING DAY 3 + UNDERWATER TIKI EXPERIENCE
Freediving: depth progression & certification
Scuba: underwater Tiki statues or reef drop-off dives
Fun dives/coaching: ocean session at your own pace
Evening Activity
Polynesian monoi-oil massage + stargazing under Mo’orea’s clear, dark skies.
DAY 5 — 5 September 2026
LAGOON ADVENTURES: SHARKS, RAYS & PRIVATE MOTU PICNIC
Swim with black-tip sharks and gentle rays in shallow turquoise waters.
Snorkel Coral Garden’s vibrant, colourful reef.
Take a private boat to a quiet motu for a slow, luxurious picnic and relaxation.
Evening Activity
Clear kayak or paddleboard sunset session
DAY 6 — 6 September 2026
MOUNTAINS, WATERFALLS & CULTURAL CONNECTION
Safari through pineapple fields toward Belvedere Lookout.
Refresh in the Afareaitu waterfall pools.
Cooking workshop featuring island flavours (with chicken option).
Evening Activity
Tahitian dance class followed by a fun, social island-style game night.
DAY 7 — 7 September 2026
WHALE EXPERIENCE & CLEAR KAYAK SUNSET
Whale-swimming tour with respectful in-water encounters if conditions allow.
Evening Activity
Outdoor cinema under the stars — pillows, blankets, snacks, and ocean breeze.
DAY 8 — 8 September 2026
ISLAND EXPLORER DAY + UNDERWATER PHOTOSHOOT
Gentle island tour with a local guide: hidden viewpoints, quiet beaches, lagoon overlooks, and lush valleys — simple, scenic, and mindful.
Photography Moment
A dedicated underwater photoshoot captures elegant portraits (freedive or surface-level scuba), ensuring your once-in-a-lifetime journey is beautifully remembered.
Evening Activity
Traditional Tahitian dinner & dance show — colours, drums, culture, and celebration.
DAY 9 — 9 September 2026
FINAL SWIM & DEPARTURE
Enjoy a slow final swim in the turquoise lagoon.
Evening (for late departures)
Farewell circle by the ocean — gratitude, group photos, final connection time.
Departure
Private transfer to ferry or airport for 9 September evening or 10 September flights.
Meals
Our accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, and most mornings we prepare breakfast together with simple essentials such as fruit, eggs, bread, and coffee.
During the retreat, some activities naturally include lunch or dinner — such as our motu picnic, cultural evenings, or other special island moments. On days when we’re out exploring or returning at different times, meals are not provided, giving you the flexibility to enjoy local restaurants or choose what suits you best. You will be informed in advance which meals are part of the activities and which ones are left for you to enjoy independently.

Program Design
This retreat follows a thoughtfully curated program highlighting Moorea, French Polynesia, through a balanced blend of ocean immersion, island landscapes, and slow-paced exploration. The itinerary is fixed to ensure smooth logistics, group cohesion, and a consistently high-quality experience for all participants.

We recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance for peace of mind.
In rare cases, minor adjustments to the itinerary may be required due to circumstances beyond our control.
