The Ocean Itinerary Design Consultation is a full planning service. You receive a complete personalised itinerary with day-by-day structure, trusted partner recommendations, timing, logistics, and a trip design tailored to you or your group.

This session removes confusion and helps you understand what is realistic for your dates, level, budget, and goals.

You receive a complete, personalised itinerary built around your needs, including:

The itinerary reflects your travel rhythm, comfort level, interests, and any specific needs within your group.

Revisions, Changes & Boundaries

How many revisions are included in the Itinerary Design Consultation?
You receive two revisions. These allow you to adjust details so the itinerary fits you well.
Once the final version is approved, no further changes are included.

What if I need a major change after the itinerary is delivered?
Major changes—such as switching destinations, rebuilding the route, adding new travelers, or redesigning the structure—require an additional fee.

Before creating your itinerary, we discuss your goals, preferences, vision, and constraints in detail. Once the design process begins, significant time and research are invested. A major change means restarting the planning work and prevents availability for other clients.
This is why large redesigns are billed separately.

What if I change my mind about the destination after we start?
Small shifts can be adjusted within your two revisions.
A complete destination change requires a redesign fee.

Group & Family Travel

How does pricing work if we are several travelers?
The itinerary can be designed for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups.
If everyone follows the same route, accommodation style, and arrival airport, this counts as one itinerary.
If travelers have different arrival airports, schedules, activity levels, or accommodation needs, a small add-on applies (for example +CHF 50 per additional traveler) to cover the extra coordination.

Can you design an itinerary for families or groups with different needs?
Yes. Before planning begins, I ask who is traveling and what each person requires.
The itinerary can reflect:
• different activity levels
• dietary requirements
• neurodivergent-friendly planning
• sensory considerations
• accessibility needs
• preferred daily rhythms
• special requests or restrictions

Each traveler’s needs can be integrated so the trip is comfortable for everyone.

What if we arrive from different airports or at different times?
This can be included in your itinerary.
Separate arrivals, transfers, or staggered schedules require additional planning and fall under complexity-based pricing.

Flights, Visas, Layovers & Logistics

Do you help with visas, layovers, and flight logistics?
Yes. I help you understand what to check before booking flights. This includes visa requirements, transit rules, and layover conditions based on your nationality and destination.

I can also advise on:
• whether a long layover can become a short visit
• how to optimise flight routes
• when alternative airports may reduce budget
• how arrival and departure times affect your itinerary

All official visa checks, applications, and bookings remain your responsibility. My role is to guide you so you can make informed choices without confusion.
