Every day is shaped around ocean conditions, wildlife seasons, and the natural rhythm of the island.

Arrival
Your international flight arrives in Colombo (CMB).
We recommend arriving on 3 March 2026 in the morning or before midday, or you may arrive on 2 March if you prefer a gentler start.
A private transfer to your villa is arranged for you.

Departure
The retreat closes on the morning of 10 March 2026.
Please schedule your outward flight any time after 19:00 on 10 March 2026.

Day-by-Day Program

Day 1 – Arrival & Kosgoda Turtles · 3 March 2026
Arrive in Colombo in the morning, meet your driver, and travel down the coast to Kosgoda.
• Check-in at your first coastal hotel
• Visit to Kosgoda Turtle Conservation Centre
• Evening baby-turtle release (seasonal and respectful)
• Welcome dinner and first night by the ocean

Day 2 – Mangroves & Transfer to Weligama · 4 March 2026
Ease into the rhythm of the south coast with calm waters and lush scenery.
• Private Madu Ganga mangrove boat ride
• Lunch stop in a small coastal town
• Transfer to your villa in Weligama
• Sunset beach walk and relaxed evening

Day 3 – Whale Watching & Coastal Evening · 5 March 2026
A full morning on the water during Sri Lanka’s peak whale season.
• Whale watching from Mirissa (blue whales, sperm whales, pilot whales, dolphins depending on conditions)
• Free time in the afternoon for rest, beach, or cafés
• Gentle sunset movement or journaling session

Day 4 – Ocean Training Day 1 · 6 March 2026
Your first dedicated ocean day in Weligama.
• Surf coaching or scuba diving session (your chosen path)
• Slow beachside lunch
• Afternoon visit to a quiet tea plantation
• Relaxed evening at your villa

Day 5 – Ocean Training Day 2 · 7 March 2026
Build confidence and comfort in the water.
• Second surf or scuba training session
• Optional rest or ocean playtime
• Guided walk through Galle Fort at golden hour
• Optional boutique spa time

Day 6 – Ocean Training Day 3 · 8 March 2026
Your final structured ocean session.
• Third surf or scuba session
• Afternoon lagoon paddle or snorkelling in a calm bay
• Cooking experience with a local family in the evening

Day 7 – Safari, Waterfall & Hill Country · 9 March 2026
A full day dedicated to wildlife and fresh mountain air.
• Sunrise safari in Yala National Park
• Drive through villages and rice fields
• Secret waterfall

Day 8 – Slow Coast Morning & Departure · 10 March 2026
Your last Sri Lankan morning is kept gentle and unhurried.
• Slow breakfast and beach time
• Farewell
• Transfer to Colombo
